During a change of command ceremony Aug. 12 at the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Middletown, Pennsylvania, Lt. Col. Kris Post, 193rd Special Operations Group conversion officer, presented the guidon to Lt. Col. Dave Harris, appointing Harris as the new 193rd Special Operations Squadron commander.
