The 193rd Special Operations Security Forces Squadron brought in civilian instructors for a specialized three day training course to teach their Airmen new combative concepts to add to the techniques they already teach. Unit training managers worked with the Middletown Area High School to use their wrestling matroom for the training.

Recently the 193rd Special Operations Wing welcomed Civil Air Patrol cadets and their leadership for a mission familiarization and aircraft tour. The cadets were here during their base-in-camp training at Fort Indiantown Gap.

Last week Brig. Gen. Vincent Becklund, Air Force Special Operations Command director of operations, toured the 193rd Special Operations Wing. Becklund is responsible for implementing and directing operational command policy for AFSOC's worldwide special operations units.
Recently, the 211th Engineering Installation Squadron of the 193rd Regional Support Group conducted an engineering installation competition between two groups of teams. The backdrop of the competition was the Air National Guard Schoolhouse located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania. Capt.
