German exchange officer builds relationship in Pennsylvania National Guard

German Air Force Capt. Tim Fasel met with 193rd Special Operations Wing leadership and observed an aircraft takeoff June 14, 2023 in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Fasel's visit is part of the Military Reserve Exchange Program, which enhances the ability of U.S. service members and their allies to communicate and interoperate.
