Airmen of the 148th Air Support Operations Squadron, 193rd Special Operations Wing, lay on the ground to take cover from simulated enemy fire during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care field training exercise April 6, 2019, at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania.
