Unit members from the 193rd Special Operations Wing's Aerial Port load equipment on a C-130J Hercules Aug. 28, 2017. The equipment is the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability package from the 271st Combat Communications Squadron from Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania, being sent to the Texas region in support of relief efforts for Hurricane Harvey.
