Leaders from all three wings in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard attend Enhancing Human Capital, at the Keystone Conference Center, Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, May 18, 2017. This course taught by Lt. Col. Matthew R. Basler, senior professional instructor and leadership advisor for the Air Force Profession of Arms Center of Excellence, focuses on self-reflection as a means to better understand how we can become better friends, parents, spouses, co-workers, and leaders. PACE is responsible to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force for infusing the Air Force Core Values within the profession of Arms and across the Air Force, via identity-based education and training, tools, and assessments.
