Her ability to meet wing recruiting and retaining goals, drive for self-improvement and volunteerism during her inaugural year earned Tech. Sgt. Kalie Borkowski, 193rd Special Operations Wing production recruiter and retainer, the Rookie Production Recruiter and Retainer of the Year awards.
