211th EIS participates in Exercise Frosty Spear

Eric Bauman radio frequency technician, both of the 211th Engineering Installation Squadron, lift a piece of non-penetrating antenna tripod base to the third level of a hanger roof of the 168th Air Refueling Wing, Eielson Air Force Base, Fairbank, Alaska.
