211th EIS participates in Exercise Frosty Spear
Senior Airman Chris Briggs, cable and antenna systems technician, 211th Engineering Installation Squadron, works to make hardware fixes for the analog channels within a communications rack. Briggs is a team member of the video distribution team who is working in 12 different buildings at Eielson Air Force Base, Fairbanks, Alaska, to make updates to elevate the back scatter of the fiber optic receivers of the televisions throughout the base.
