211th participates in Exercise Frosty Spear
Staff Sgt. Thomas Loughran, heavy mobile equipment mechanic, 211th Engineering Installation Squadron, works with Tech. Sgt. David Retherford, heavy mobile equipment mechanic, 176th Wing, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska, to reconstruct the engine in one of the vehicles in the 176th's 139-vehicle fleet. A team from the 211th EIS vehicle maintenance shop assists the local VM, as part of Exercise Frosty Spear, with their summer rebuild in preparation for the Alaska winter.
