Recovering air drop equipment
U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Philip Shelton, aerial transportation specialist assigned to the 193rd Special Operations Logistics Readiness Squadron, untangle a parachute that was attached to a container delivery system, dropped from an EC-130J Hercules aircraft during training at Coyle Field Airport, Chatsworth, N.J. Sept. 18, 2014. This was during training that members of the Lithuanian Air Force and a member of the Latvian Air Force attended as part of Pennsylvania-Lithuania National Guard State Partnership Program.
