Lt. Col. Michael Doughty assumes command of the 271st Combat Communications Squadron
The 193rd Special Operations Wing’s 271st Combat Communications Squadron, Annville, Pa., hosted a change of command ceremony March 10. Lt. Col. Michael Rockwell relinquished command of the 271st to Lt. Col. Michael Doughty. Prior to his new position as commander of the 271st, Col. Doughty was an EC-130 pilot and a range control officer at the 193rd’s Air Station 3, Middletown, Pa.
