Frank Manslow a civilian firefighter of the 193rd Special Operations Wing's Fire Crash Station of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard pulls the hose to get in position during a training exercise at the Harrisburg International Airport Middletown, Pa. February 28, 2008. Manslow is one of the fulltime firefighters at the wing that supports the HIAP civilian airport.
