193rd Special Operations Wing provides Intravenous training while in Hawaii.
Master Sgt. Kim Hulse, Airman 1st Class April Loeper and Staff Sgt. Matthew Nettles participate in intravenous (IV) training at the Keaau Clinic in Keaau, Hawaii. Hulse, Loeper and Nettles are medical techs with 193rd Special Operations Wing's Medical Squadron out of Middletown, Pa. The 193rd Medical Squadron are in Hilo Hawaii to preform Medical Innovative Readiness Training.
