Airman 1st Class April Loeper, a medical technician with the 193rd Special Operations Wing's Medical Group takes the blood pressure of Michelle Costa during a sports physical. Loeper and other members of the 193rd Medical Group provided free sports physical at Pahoa High School in Pahoa, Hawaii, on June 15th, 2010. Members of the 193rd Medical Group out of Middletown, Pa., are in Hilo, Hawaii, for Medical Innovative Readiness Training.
