The 193d Special Operations wing hosts a change of command ceremony Sunday, Feb. 12. Brig. Gen. Eric. G. Weller relinquishes command to Col. Gerald. E. Otterbein. Brig. Gen. Eric G. Weller who served as the wing commander since Sept. 2006.
