The 193d Special Operations wing hosts a change of command ceremony Sunday, Feb. 12. Col. Gerald E. Otterbein accepts command of the 193d Special Operations Wing. Colonel Otterbein a full-time commercial airline pilot, who most recently served as the vice wing commander, assumes command of one of the most deployed units in the Air National Guard.
