STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - Col. Kevin Dellicker took command of the 193rd Air Operations Group during a ceremony at State College, Pennsylvania, on Nov. 15, 2025.
Dellicker enlisted as an infantryman in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard in 1995. After attaining the rank of sergeant, he transferred to the Air National Guard and commissioned as an intelligence officer. He then joined the 193rd Special Operations Wing in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
Throughout his career, Dellicker has served across the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, including with the 111th Operations Group, 193rd Operations Support Squadron, 112th Air Operations Squadron, and Joint Force Headquarters. His career includes four deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism, including tours in Southwest Asia and Afghanistan.
“Col. Dellicker understands the unique challenges and dedication of our Airmen as a Guardsman himself,” said Col. Robert Noren, 193rd SOW commander, who presided over the ceremony. “I have full trust and confidence in him as he continues the mission of the 193rd AOG.”
The 193rd AOG provides combat-mission-ready, command-and-control Airmen who seamlessly integrate with air and multi-domain operations centers worldwide to protect and defend U.S. global interests. The group’s readiness ensures it can support the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania across the spectrum of domestic operations when called upon.
Dellicker returns to State College, where he received his undergraduate degree at Penn State University. In his civilian career, he is the founder and president of a cybersecurity technology company.
Dellicker assumed command from Col. Brian Lehew, who led the group since June 2021.
