CMSgt Patrick W. Judy is Command Chief, 193d Special Operations Wing, Middletown, Pennsylvania. He serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the commander on all issues affecting mission effectiveness, health, morale, readiness, enlisted development and mentoring of approximately 1,900 Airmen assigned to the Wing.
Chief Master Sgt. Judy enlisted in the Air Force in July 2003 as a Security Forces Apprentice and graduated technical training in December 2003 with a follow-on assignment to the 167th Airlift Wing, West Virginia. His Security Forces background includes tactical and operational security positions at the Flight, Squadron, and Headquarters levels within the Air Combat Command, Air Mobility Command, Air Force Special Operations Command, and at Headquarters Air National Guard. Within his functional community, he has held positions in air base defense operations as a Team Leader, Combat Arms Instructor, Flight Chief, Operations Superintendent, NGB/A4S Requirements Manager, NGB/A4S Domestic Operations Manager, and Security Forces Manager. His service has spanned between the active and guard components in statuses ranging from active duty, drill status guardsmen, active guard reserve, and at the strategic level as a statutory guard member. Chief Master Sgt. Judy has deployed in support of numerous operations to include operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, JUMP START, and DEEP FREEZE. Prior to his current position, Chief Master Sgt. Judy was the Security Forces Manager, 193d Special Operations Security Forces Squadron, 193d Special Operations Wing, Middletown, Pa.
