In a ceremony April 6, 2019, Family Readiness volunteer Renee Kotch (center) is named 2018 Region 3 Volunteer of the Year at the 193rd Air Operations Group, State College, Pennsylvania. Maj. Gen. Tony Carrelli (right of Kotch), adjutant general, Pennsylvania National Guard, and other distiguished visitors, attended the event to congratulate Kotch on her efforts to provide support and resources to the families of the AOG. “There is so much pride within this volunteer community. My advice to servicemembers: Don’t assume your spouse doesn’t want to be involved.
